I did Malloca 312 bike ride in 2024. 312km (194 miles) and 5,000m (16.4k feet) of climbing in one day
I have done an Ironman Triathlon
I'm one of those crazy vegetarian weirdos
I grew up on a farm and had to milk a cow every day by hand before going to school
I met my soulmate when I was 30 - she is ace. We don't have kids. Most nights we are in bed by 8pm and often up by 3am
I like chilled out holidays where we have a seaview
I like a freshly made fruit scone as a treat!
I gave up acholol when I was 30. Couldn't hack the hangovers anymore
I mainly shop on Amazon, at Tesco & Lidl and buy the odd bit once a year from Primark
I normally run in Asics trainers
